National Students nutrition day is on May 20th, started from 1989, this day has made great contribution to the whole nation’s students. The Chinese nutritionist Yu Ruomu, had made a ten year project in order to enhance the nutritional status of the whole national students. As we all know, human body needs enough nutrition to function. As to the students, lack of nutrition will lead to mental retardation, hyperactivity and so on. So it is very important for us to eat different kinds of food. 从1989年开始,全国学生营养日定在每年的5月20日。这个节日为中国广大的学生做出了极大的贡献。中国的营养学家于若木,为了提高全国青少年的营养状况,制订了一个十年的营养计划。我们都知道,人的身体需要足够的营养才能正常运转。对于学生来说,缺乏营养会导致精神发育缓慢,多动症及其他症状。所以,吃不同的食物对我们来说非常重要。According to the least survey, Chinese students lack of Vitamin A, calcium, iron and zinc. Some children are too particularly with food that they don’t eat staple food; instead, they turn to different kinds of snacks. As a result, they may become sick because lack of vitamins and other elements. Do not eat too much sweet or drink too much soft drinks. Early to bed and early to rise, do more outdoor exercises; don’t play too many computer games. Last but not least, take the body examination once a year. If you have any problems, you can fix them immediately. Prevention is better than cure.
